We Would Love to Welcome Your Furry Family Members to Our Community!  Our property has everything your furry friend could want including an on site pet grooming spa and a wonderful community dog park right across the street! Let's make tails wag!

The Enclave at 3230 has no weight limit.

  • $325 pet fee per pet.
  • $25 monthly pet rent per pet.
  • Breed restrictions apply (see below PDF).  Two pet limit.
  • No exotic birds or reptiles are permitted.
  • Dogs weighing 50 lbs. or more must reside on 1st floor. Weight must be determined by full grown, adult weight.
